Our company has been specialising in the production of aluminium and gold motor housings and aluminium alloy products since 2007, and has now formed a large-scale production, with a maximum output of 5,000 sets per shift. The company covers an area of 16,000 square meters, with a construction area of 11,000 square meters. The company is qualified in surface treatment self-oxidation and also has environmental and discharge permits. Our aluminium alloy housings are widely used in reducer motors, sewing machine motors, pump motors, air conditioner motors, servo motors, lifting motors, automobile motors and other micro special motor factories. We manufacture more than 1200 types of housing moulds with bore from 46mm to 450mm and different specification shapes. The ovalness of the bore can be controlled within 10s and we have passed the ISO9001 quality system certification in the industry.

The main advantage of aluminium housings is the low mould cost and versatility. For example, 132M and 132L can be completed with just one set of moulds. The length can be customised at will, no cutting of bores, fast heat dissipation, low temperature rise and light weight. The weight of a pair of aluminium alloy tensile housings is only about one-fifth of that of an equivalent cast iron housing. This saves labour and time and is highly efficient.
