What are the methods of causing motor housing noise?

  There are many ways to make noise from the motor housing, which can probably be divided into electromagnetic induced noise, mechanical noise and aerodynamic noise. The friction, collision, unbalance and structural shock of the part in which the motor runs will cause mechanical noise. Mechanical equipment noise includes rolling bearing noise, noise caused by motor rotor unbalance and noise caused by installation axial force, etc. The noise value caused by rolling bearing noise is closely related to the precision, roughness and dimensional tolerance of steel ball and inner and outer ring pipe grooves. The following ways can be adopted to reduce the noise of rolling bearings:

  (1) When installing the motor housing, there should be strict demagnetization cleaning process to wash away oil stains and iron pins;

  (2) Use sealed bearings to avoid dirty things into; The mutual fit between the outer side of the rolling bearing and the rolling bearing chamber and the mutual fit between the inner hole and the shaft are not suitable for too tight;

  (3) In order to clear the radial gap of the motor rotor, moderate working pressure must be released on the rolling bearing; Reasonable layout of the malleable sealing ring, appropriate lubrication to reduce friction;

  (4) Low noise rolling bearings should be used for motors with abnormal noise; When the load is not very large, oil bearing can be selected.
